Having trouble signing in?
If you get sent back to the login page after signing in, it usually means the app could not restore your session on the next page load.
Questions to help us narrow this down:
- Does it always work on the second try?
- Does it happen only on mobile or Safari?
- Does it happen in a private/incognito window?
- Are you on a different network (VPN, hotspot, guest Wi-Fi)?
Common causes:
- Browser not saving the session cookie (privacy settings or SameSite rules).
- Redirect happening before the session is fully initialized.
- Multiple servers not sharing session storage.
- Clock skew causing token/session validation to fail.
